D`agostino`s Delicatessen in Arlington

Beyond friendly staff, amazing food(both fresh and prepared), and great service. The owner knows the vast majority of regulars by name. Every time I walk into the store I am greeted by the cashiers and deli workers. They never fail to go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. A model business, I wish every store was like Dags!!

This place is a well run sub/sandwich shop with a small shopping area. Very good. WILL go again

I love D’Agostino’s! I’ve been going for years and the staff is always smiling and friendly, making for a good experience. There is a large selection of deli items, all very tasty and at an affordable price. The subs are very delicious, but quite expensive for what you get. Overall Dag’s is a great deli for all your sand which and sub needs.

Deli sandwiches are really good. Excellent quality and made to order. Good crew. A fantastic lunch spot for to go for sure. Good selection of pre made wraps on the side. And salads.

A Gem. I'm very lucky to live near this Deli. You can call in your orders ahead of time. Their Deli can't be beat & their rolls are perfect. They sell Sophia's yogurt!

A very good Italian grocery and catering store. Recently purchased a half pan of eggplant parm which was a big hit at our small covid approved get together.

The deli (which also makes sandwiches) has fast and friendly service, and store is always well stocked with a variety of snacks and basic groceries like butter, milk, breads, pasta, some canned goods, and the like. Quick and convientent and usually not very busy.

Has been one of my favorite places for a while and is an Arlington staple. THE local place to go for subs, premade food and all things deli. Super friendly staff, fast service, and most importantly great food. Love this place and I highly recommend it.

Been living in area 3+ years now, from the beginning they made me feel as if they've known me in the neighborhood for years. Wonderful food, continues to get better w/ more items, good fresh produce section. Very tempting food items! Glad they are in area, I am from Philly region, we love a good deli. Thanks Folks.

Family owned store who have been able to keep it together as family business, but also adapt to current markets. Their subs are excellent and they have a lot staff to get you out quick.

This is without a doubt my favorite Deli in the greater Boston area. High quality fresh food of all kinds, and absolutely wonderful employees always willing to help. If you need a recommendation food wise, get the meatball sub. You will not be disappointed.

Great Staff. Great Meals. I have had every sub on the menu by now and I loved every single one. Great catered plates, and to go plates/dinners as well. They also have an awesome "grocery store" part with some rarities like Richardson's ice cream and a huge selection of chips. Go here for a good meal.

1st time there and #901 "like".....had to eat the chicken parm sandwich BEFORE I recommended it. A+ and thank you for a great sandwich and a late lunch 4pm.... Hey, you should meet the guys at AFC Urgent Care.....went there for the 1st time and asked about good places (Not sandwiches specifically) and they had no recommendations....I walked down the street just to check the area out.

Joe was fabulous he took a phone order of 10 sandwiches and everything was perfect!!

My daughter was married this past weekend and I ordered some trays of food. I can always count on d’Agostinos for great food. Been going here probably 10 plus years never unsatisfied with them always fabulous

There's none better! Food us always fresh, wide selection of hot and cold meals. I lived in Arlington growing up. When I'm back in town I always stop in. I wish we had one closer to where I live. Kudos

Yet one more time I needed something and D'agostino's Deli had it, so I decided to see if D'agostino's was in Yelp. I was surprised they have only one other review.First, even though D'agostino's is near Trader Joe's on Mass Ave. If I need something real, I go here: Banana's, milk, flour, baking soda, muffins, deli meat, ham sandwich, cake, pie, fresh bakery bread, Charl's Spumoni. Don't get me wrong Trader's is good for odd and interesting things. But if you live in the Heights or East Lexington and you need something quickly, D'agostino's is closer than the bracketing Stop 'n Shops. And the Deli meats and Bananas are fresher.They have a nice line of pre-cooked Italian take out.They have a shelf of really interesting pasta's, tomato sauces, olive oils, and olives.Open 7 days a week, good parking, FAST service.Also, I prefer Dag's deli platter's for parties over any other I have tried.

The best place for cold cuts, prepared Italian food. The people there are great.

Great place! Fresh, fast and extremely high quality food and deli. My wife loves their lasagne and anytime we are near, we always have to stop and buy some. You will not disappointed!!!

The only place that carries Savoiardi year round and just for that deserves the stars (it would be nice if they had mascarpone as well though 😂). Great sandwiches, the roast beef is excellent.

Best Italian deli in Arlington. Long time staff proves they are treated well and happy workers. It is important as it gets crazy busy sometimes! My favorites, an Italian sub, everything no hots, a Proscuitto & Imported Provolone, nothing on it, zing of cheese is all it needs, and their to go orders ... favorite - Sausage, Peppers, & Onions ... the yummiest sausages I have ever eaten ... come in half or full trays ... I bring them to cookouts and Superbowl parties! We love our D'Aggies!!!

Good quality and yummy. Obviously the neighborhood thinks so too. Maybe Sunday afternoon isn't the best time to run in and out... But I'll be back.

They make good subs or sandwiches

Great sandwiches and very friendly staff. I highly recommend a pastrami sandwich on a bulky or onion roll.

Been going here for over 20 years. Everything tastes great. The food is always fresh. And you'll be hard pressed to find a nicer staff working in a deli anywhere. I would say give them a try but the long line of faithful customers in there on a daily basis shows that most people already know where to go for good food.

Go here for fresh delicious deli items including the best subs evah! Can also vouch for the party trays, and they started selling their own pasta sauce.

I ordered 4 of the party subs for a tailgate. They were DELICIOUS! I was worried about the thickness of the bread taking over the sandwich because some party subs are all bread. These were incredible! Everything was super fresh and the condiments, tomatoes and onions on the side was the right decision (suggested by D'Agostino's). Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back for future events!

Delicious sandwiches made to order at the deli counter. Also, they carry half-gallon tubs on Richardson's ice cream and frozen yogurts! The selection varies a bunch.

I told Chris lettuce pickles and tomatos on my sandwich 3 times..... I got lettuce pickles and mayo...... Not bad if you like mayo on your sandwich, which I do not. I have 30 minutes for lunch. Cant go back and grab another or have it remade. In the rubbish it went.

Beat Italian and Meatball subs in the area, and it ain't close. Great for catering that special occasion too.

What a place this is! Sandwiches are fantastic and the staff is amazing. Moved out of town for a few years and came back to visit and they still remembered my name and order I couldn’t believe it! That’s when you know you’ve built an amazing business. The food is even better than I remembered. Best place in town, highly highly recommend!!

Worst chicken parm sanwich ever and worst service. There was barely one person before me it that it was super busy. Did not ask what bread. I could not find a streak of cheese in it. You can rave over a subway sanwich in comparison to the one they made.

Our family has been going to DAGs for years. Where else would you go?

Excellent grinders! The staff is always super friendly and I love coming here. I recommend the Italian and Buffalo Chicken grinders.
